RETURN POLICY

THE TIMEFRAME FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Vulture allows product returns within 7 days of receiving the goods. In case the product does not meet your requirements or has any technical defects, you can request a return or exchange.

PRODUCTS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE

In case you want to return or exchange a product, the product must meet the following conditions:

– The product must be in new condition and show no signs of use.
– The product must be delivered correctly according to the description on the website and have all the original accessories, boxes and labels.
– The product does not belong to the discounted product category.
– There must be all the accompanying accessories of the product, purchase invoice, thank you letter and accompanying packaging accessories.
– Not a product in the Sale program, you can only exchange for products of the same price or higher than the price of the exchanged product.

PRODUCT RETURN AND EXCHANGE COSTS

If the product you receive has a technical defect, Vulture will be responsible and will refund you the full cost. If you want to return or exchange a product for personal reasons, you will be responsible for the shipping and return processing costs.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE PROCESS

Contact Vulture to inform about the return or exchange of the product. Pack the product carefully and send it back to the address specified by Vulture. Vulture will confirm the condition of the product and process your return or exchange request once they receive it. You can also go directly to Vulture’s physical stores to return or exchange the product.
